User-generated content
You remain responsible for profile information, messages, voice notes, images, documents, room messages, and other content you share.
Calls and practice rooms
Voice/video calls and rooms are communication tools. Obtain consent where required and do not use them for prohibited behavior.
Prohibited behavior
Harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, threats, scams, spam, impersonation, privacy violations, and illegal content are prohibited.
Moderation and safety
We may investigate reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or preserve relevant information when safety or legal obligations require it.
Age rules
Members must meet the minimum age requirements and follow age-aware safety restrictions. Accounts that cannot safely use the service may be restricted.
Availability and learning outcomes
The service may change, pause, or experience interruption. Language improvement depends on many factors and no specific learning result is guaranteed.
